Member of the military medical commission declared an apartment worth 8 million UAH in Lviv region.


Doctor Maria Voloshin submitted a declaration for resignation
Ophthalmologist Maria Voloshin, who is a member of the military medical commission, submitted a declaration for resignation. The document states that in 2024 her family purchased an apartment worth almost 8 million UAH in Lviv.
Her husband, Stepan Holovchak, bought an apartment with an area of 112.2 sq.m.
The Voloshin family has several properties and vehicles
The apartment in Lviv is not the only property of the Voloshin family. Maria's parents own three apartments with a total area of 165.6 sq.m, as well as five plots of land in the Lviv region. Maria's husband also has a plot of land in this region.
Moreover, the family owns two passenger cars and two trucks. They are registered in the name of Stepan Holovchak: Mercedes-Benz B180 CDI 2012, Mercedes-Benz Viano 2011, Ford Transit 2013, and Opel Movano 2005.
Maria Voloshin's income
According to the declaration, Maria Voloshin's annual income amounts to 43.6 thousand UAH in salary and 42.5 thousand UAH in social payments. The income of other family members is not specified, and the declaration also states that the family has no cash or money in banks.
Other doctors also acquired real estate
Psychiatrist Julia Sitenko purchased an apartment with an area of 77.8 sq.m in Kharkiv for 1.9 million UAH. It is likely that she received financial gifts from her husband's parents and another woman to help with the purchase. Additionally, Sitenko took a loan for 200 thousand UAH.
Ruslana Ivanochko, the deputy chief physician of the Lviv regional center for medical and social expertise, declared the purchase of a stone figure of the mother of God worth 298.1 thousand UAH.
