Employees of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine carried out a cyber attack on a Russian enterprise engaged in the development of nuclear weapons. This was done to obtain useful information for Ukraine. This was stated by the GUR representative Yevhen Yerin during a telethon.
«This is one of the powerful enterprises that was a developer of nuclear munitions. Disruptions in its work are a blow to both the structure of the enterprise and the image of Russia as an aggressor», - Yerin said.
As a result of the cyber attack, a significant amount of information was obtained.
«This is a variety of information, including personal data of employees, official information, as well as information that will help circumvent sanctions. We are studying and analyzing this information and will use it in the interests of Ukraine's success», - reported the GUR representative.
