The number of Russian troops in the Kursk direction suddenly increased – AFU.

Ukrainian troops are winning in the Kursk operation
According to the spokesperson of the operational-tactical group "Siversk" Vadym Mysnyk, at the beginning of the Kursk operation, the Russians had about 11,000 servicemen in this direction. Now their number has increased to 30-45 thousand. According to Mysnyk, the Russians are trying to increase their forces to slow down the advance of the Ukrainians.
It was also noted that the Russians are increasing shelling of their own territory, which is under the control of Ukraine. Over the past day, the enemy carried out 82 shellings on Chernihiv and Sumy regions, as well as 127 shellings on Kursk, which is controlled by Ukrainian defense forces.
The operational-tactical group "Siversk" successfully took control of the city of Sudzha, which complicated logistics for the Russians in Bryansk, Kursk, and Belgorod regions, which are transport logistics hubs of the defensive group "Sever".
It is also worth noting that the Ukrainian troops occupied two new settlements during the Kursk operation. President Zelensky added that Ukraine anticipated the actions of the Russians in Kursk, and this is part of the Ukrainian plan.
Unfortunately, DeepState analysts note that the situation on the left flank of the AFU in the Kursk region has worsened. The Russian troops are conducting active assault operations, ferrying armored vehicles across the Seim and other rivers.
