When will Russia get tired of advancing? Budanov named a critical date for the enemy.

Russia will survive an economic downturn and war fatigue by 2025
At the 20th anniversary meeting of the Yalta European Strategy, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that Russia will feel the negative impact of the war. According to him, the occupiers expect a reduction in frontline activity and an economic downturn, that's why they are currently intensifying their actions. However, he noted that in some sectors of the Russian military-industrial complex, there is no significant progress, especially in the export of military equipment.
Budanov noted that Russia plans to produce only 12 Su-57 fighter jets and 149 T-90M tanks by 2024, which is insufficient for such a powerful country. However, the Russians have made a significant breakthrough in the production of engines and missiles for the "Iskander" complexes, which poses a serious threat to Ukraine.
Currently, there is a decrease in volunteers, so in certain areas of Russia, payments have been increased. For example, in Moscow, they are higher, so new recruits to the army are more from there. Everyone who joins the army is promised about two million rubles - reported Budanov.
Despite the high pay, the number of volunteers intending to join the war will decrease by the summer of 2025. Therefore, Russia will have to either carry out mobilization or reduce the intensity of military operations.
The YES-2024 (Yalta European Strategy) conference took place on September 13-14 in Kyiv. This is the twentieth forum, the history of which began in 2004. At that Time, the conference was held at the Livadia Palace in Crimea, but due to the occupation of Crimea, it had to be moved to Kyiv. During the conference, Ukrainian politicians, experts, and businessmen met with international politicians. The conference was founded by billionaire Victor Pinchuk.
