News from the war in Ukraine
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of May 24 at 22:00, the enemy conducted two missile strikes and 53 airstrikes, used eight missiles, and dropped 75 guided aerial bombs. A total of 1277 kamikaze drones were recorded, and 3987 shellings of Ukrainian positions and civilian settlements were conducted.
Recent events at the front
Combat participants engaged in 160 clashes with the enemy in all directions, with particularly intense situations in the Pokrovsk, Lyman, and Kursk directions. Overall, the enemy has sustained significant losses, indicating no intention to improve the situation.
Active combat actions
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attacked the settlements of Vovchansk, Stroiivka, Kruhlyakivka, and Vovchanski Khutory five times. Despite the tense situation, Ukrainian defenders continue a resilient defense.
In general, the situation at the front remains tense, however, the Ukrainian military is successfully holding their positions and inflicting significant losses on the enemy forces.
