New Export Strategy of Ukraine: Three Key Directions for Development.


The Ministry of Economy is working on a strategy for the development of high value-added production in Ukraine. According to Deputy Minister Taras Kachka, the new strategy includes support for the manufacturing industry and cooperation between the state and business. One of the key objectives of this strategy is to increase export volumes and raise the share of exports in the country's GDP.
'It is important for us to increase the production and export of Ukrainian goods and services with deeper processing and higher added value. The state policy 'Made in Ukraine' has become a fundamental element of thinking in developing the export strategy.'
The main directions of the strategy until 2030 include strengthening support for export by institutions, creating a favorable environment for export activities, and increasing production in Ukraine. It is planned to implement new tools and improve existing mechanisms for export support, which should help achieve the set goals.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Economy is actively working on a strategy for the development of high value-added production, focusing efforts on supporting the manufacturing industry and collaborating with business, as well as increasing export volumes and raising its share in the country's GDP. The mentioned main directions of the strategy until 2030 aim to create favorable conditions for the development of production and export in Ukraine, relying on support from institutions and the implementation of new export support tools.
