The occupiers have 'promised' to provide Sievierodonetsk with heating and water by 2030.

The Russian invaders plan to restore heating and water supply in the occupied Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region by 2030. This was reported by the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
According to the administration, the Russian Territorial Development Fund promises to raise the level of public services in 'LPR' to the average indicators of Russia by 2030.
It is planned to provide centralized water supply and heating to frontline cities by this deadline, including Lysychansk and Sievierodonetsk.
However, there are problems with the quality of repair work in some houses. In Rubizhne, complaints have been made about two contractors who damage property and replace Ukrainian windows with Russian ones.
Additionally, due to the prolonged absence of electricity in Kreminna, a food crisis is expected. The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysogor, noted that the city does not receive enough products, and the available food resources are of low quality due to the lack of functioning refrigerators.
The Kalmius River, flowing through the Donetsk region, is polluted due to the activities of the occupiers. Near Mariupol, which is also temporarily occupied, water supply problems are particularly critical.
