Relatively mild consequences for energy infrastructure

It should be noted that in the morning of November 17, Russian occupation troops carried out a large-scale shelling, firing about 120 missiles and 90 drones. According to President Zelensky, air defense forces destroyed over 140 aerial targets. The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko, reported that Russian terrorists are shelling energy system facilities throughout the country, hence emergency power outages are being carried out.
