Police dispelled rumors of theft in Lukyanivka, Kyiv.

Today in Kyiv, a report was made about a robbery at a store that had suffered from shelling, but the police denied this information. The police confirmed that during the inspection, the store employee denied the fact of theft, so this report turned out to be untrue.
Police Statement
The police reported that the store owner refuted the information about the robbery and turned to them with a statement regarding damage to the facility during the shelling. Representatives of law enforcement agencies urged the public and the media to verify information before spreading it.
After the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of July 21, the capital became the site of intense shelling by the occupiers. As a result, people were injured, including one fatality, and damage was caused to property, for example, the 'Lukyanivska' subway station.
The situation in Kyiv remains tense, and the police ask everyone to verify information to avoid spreading fakes in times of crisis.
