Pseudo-elections in Belarus: The CEC announced that more than 85% of voters voted for Lukashenko.


The official election results in Belarus were published by the Ukrainian Information Center. Alexander Lukashenko won with the support of 86.82% of voters. Other candidates received the following results: Oleg Gaydukevich - 2.02%, Anna Kanopatska - 1.86%, Sergey Sirankov - 3.21%, Alexander Khizhnyak - 1.74%. 3.60% of voters expressed their will 'against all'. 85.70% of citizens participated in the elections.
According to the Central Election Commission, the electoral process was conducted peacefully and under control. No crimes or violations were recorded. Currently, there are no complaints from candidates or citizens regarding the voting procedure. Igor Karpenko, the head of the CEC, stated: 'There were cases of photographing filled ballots and attempts to take them out of the polling station, but no serious incidents occurred.'
