Putin comments for the first time on negotiations with the US delegation in Riyadh.


The self-proclaimed president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, reported the invasion of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine from the Kursk region. He also commented on the results of the negotiations in Riyadh.
According to Putin, Russian troops crossed the border from the Kursk region on the night of February 19. The Russian army launched an offensive along the entire line of combat confrontation.
Last night, the fighters of the 810th brigade crossed the border of the Russian Federation and Ukraine and entered the enemy's territory.
The head of the Center for Political Research of the National Security and Defense Council refuted information about a large-scale offensive by Russian troops. He reported that there was an attempt by a Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group to invade the territory of Ukraine, but it was destroyed. He also noted that Putin's information about a large-scale offensive is false.
Putin assessed the results of the negotiations in Saudi Arabia, which took place on February 18, as very positive. He stated that there is no need for intermediaries in the dialogue between the delegations of Russia and the USA.
He also stated that Russia is ready for dialogue with Europe and Ukraine, referencing Trump's words about the possible participation of Ukraine in the negotiations.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky stated that Ukraine will not accept Putin's ultimatums, just as it did at the beginning of the conflict.
