In which country do Ukrainians feel safest: survey data.

According to a Gradus Research survey, Ukrainians in Europe feel the safest in Germany. Oleksii Makeiev, the Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany, noted that Ukrainians in this country are very concerned about safety, especially regarding children.
Statistics show that only 12% of Ukrainians in Germany contact the police or authorities when they feel in danger, whereas 30% do so when they are concerned about their children's safety.
However, half of those who contacted the German law enforcement authorities claim they did not receive adequate assistance. According to the survey, 50% of them believe their complaints were not addressed satisfactorily. About 1700 people participated in the survey.
The Ukrainian diplomatic mission in Germany published a guide explaining where Ukrainians who have become victims of discrimination or violence should seek help.
It should be noted that the German government is against deporting Ukrainians who do not wish to work. This position was expressed by a representative of the German Federal Foreign Office. However, another politician reminded that Ukrainian refugees need to either find work in Germany or return to safe areas of Ukraine, where they can contribute to the country's recovery.
