In Ukraine, the number of debts for CCC fines doubled in a year.

Most debts for military registration rule violation fines recorded in Ukraine
Ukraine is facing the problem of increasing debts for fines issued due to the violation of military registration rules. According to the Ministry of Justice, over 21 thousand proceedings for such violations were recorded in the first 10 months of 2024. This figure is already twice as much as during the entire year of 2023. This was reported by Opendatabot.
Overdue fines were paid by every third violator this year. Most debts are attributed to men, but the number of fines received by women is increasing.
21,336 debts for fines due to violation of military registration rules were opened in Ukraine this year.
This is twice as much as the previous year, when there were 10,542 proceedings in the Register.
Most of the proceedings were opened against men - 21,161 or 99%. However, the number of women who received fines for violating military registration rules is growing. During the year, the number of proceedings against women increased by 1.4 times - from 121 to 175.
Let us remind you that conscripts need to update their data by July 16. However, this does not mean automatic mobilization, as stated by the Director of the Personnel Policy Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Mark Andrusyak.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine clarified the legal norms regarding the update of military registration data and the fines provided by law.
