A cold atmospheric front will hit Ukraine: forecaster Didenko warned of heavy rain and snow.

A cold atmospheric front is approaching Ukraine
Forecaster Natalia Didenko warned that a cold atmospheric front with rain and wet snow is coming to Ukraine. She reported this on her Facebook page.
The weather is not bringing joy to the residents of the country as spring is nearing its end. On Thursday, May 15, the wind will be gusty, sometimes with stormy gusts of 15-20 meters per second. Therefore, caution is needed.
Due to the influence of the cold front, most regions of Ukraine are expected to see rain, with heavy precipitation likely in the west of the country, and wet snow possible in the Carpathians and nearby areas.
'Only the southern part and southeastern Ukraine will be spared significant precipitation — it will mostly be dry,' Didenko emphasized.
The air temperature during the day will be +14...+18 degrees, while in the south it may reach up to +20 degrees. A cooler weather pattern is expected on May 15 in the western regions of Ukraine — there the temperature will only be +8...+13 degrees.
In Kyiv, rain is forecast for May 15, with a strong southwestern wind and a temperature of up to +15 degrees. The following day, very cold weather is expected, with rain and temperatures not exceeding +10 degrees.
The forecaster urges people to prepare for the cold and advises planning activities in cozy conditions. In the coming days, wet weather with rain is expected, but it will warm up a bit after May 20. Therefore, it is recommended to find positivity in the cold weather and enjoy the bright colors of nature.
Earlier, Natalia Didenko had already warned Ukrainians about the coming cold and rain.
