From Frosts to +17: Meteorologist Reveals the Weather Surprises of the Week.


Weather Forecast for the Upcoming Weekend and the Start of the Next Week
Famous Ukrainian meteorologist Natalka Didenko shared the weather forecast for the upcoming weekend and the start of the next week in her Facebook post on October 18, 2024.
According to her, on October 19-20, dry weather with sunny intervals will prevail in most regions of Ukraine. However, in Luhansk, Donetsk regions, Zaporizhzhia, Crimea, and Dnipropetrovsk, rain is possible. The meteorologist warns of fog in the western part of the country, where visibility may drop to 300-500 meters.
Didenko forecasts nighttime frosts almost throughout Ukraine, except for the southeast. Daytime temperatures on October 19 will be the lowest in Luhansk, Donetsk regions, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Crimea, where it is expected to be from +6 to +9 degrees. The warmest weather will be in the western regions and Odesa: from +11 to +15 degrees. In other regions, temperatures will range from +8 to +12 degrees.
In Kyiv, the weekend will be cool: at night from +1 to +4 degrees with possible frosts, during the day around +10, +11 degrees.
The meteorologist notes that such weather is perfect for walks in the forest and parks, airing out the home, and visiting loved ones.
Natalka Didenko also reports a significant warming from October 21. Throughout Ukraine, temperatures are expected to rise to +12...+17 degrees, with many sunny days.
