Exit from Vuhledar. The new commander of the 'Black Zaporizhians' commented on alarming data about the evacuation of the wounded.


According to commander Oleksandr Okhrimenko, not all the wounded were able to be evacuated from Vuhledar during intense combat operations. He noted that a certain number of people could not be evacuated due to enemy strikes and challenging evacuation conditions.
Media reports indicate that during the two years of Vuhledar's defense, Russian losses were significantly higher than reported by Russian media. According to aerial reconnaissance data, more than 400 Russian servicemen and over 50 units of equipment were destroyed between September 28 and October 2. The commander believes that the overall enemy losses exceed those reported by BBC studies.
Oleksandr Okhrimenko headed the 72nd separate mechanized brigade in a challenging situation when the city of Vuhledar was already in a semi-encirclement. He was replaced in his position by Hero of Ukraine Ivan Vynnyk, but the new commander's task was precisely to withdraw the remaining units from the city. On October 2, Ukrainian troops officially withdrew from Vuhledar.
