Visits to the TCC will become easier: Umerov's deputy revealed the details.

The Ministry of Defense will change the procedure for recruiting conscripts to simplify it for citizens. Instead of being restricted by their place of registration, a person will be able to turn to any territorial recruitment center. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
According to Chernogorenko, if a person moves to another region, they will be able to apply to the territorial recruitment center that is more convenient for them. This issue is currently being discussed with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Chernogorenko also explained that this change became possible thanks to the availability of digital infrastructure. It allows employees of the territorial recruitment centers to serve conscripts through a single national system.
It should be noted that employees of the territorial recruitment centers do not have the right to take mobile phones from conscripts. However, they have the right to restrict access to communication within the center's premises.
The government has also developed a resolution regarding obtaining a referral for military-medical commissions for conscripts and reservists.
These changes in the recruiting system are aimed at attracting young men to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Moreover, Iryna Vereshchuk spoke about working on a law that envisages extending the period for repeated medical examinations for persons with limited physical health.
