Zelensky announced important personnel decisions.

President Zelensky announced that important personnel decisions will be made in the near future. He thanked everyone who is helping in this process. The president did not specify what decisions are being referred to.
Furthermore, Zelensky reported that he met with Prime Minister Shmyhal and Minister of Energy Halushchenko and learned details regarding the import of electricity from the European Union to Ukraine via Slovakia. This import constitutes about 19% of the total volume.
I instructed our officials to work together with the European Commission, together with all our extended partners in Europe to do everything to maintain the stability of the united European energy system and European energy rules. No matter what Putin said to Fico when he was in the Kremlin, European rules must be stronger than the connections of any individual with Moscow.
Earlier, the government agreed with the president's decision to dismiss the heads of the Kyiv and Poltava regional military administrations. The Cabinet of Ministers also dismissed the head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory and the deputy head of the National Health Service of Ukraine.
