Check of TCC: what documents are entitled to be checked in Ukrainians.

Requirement to carry military registration documents
Men of conscription age in Ukraine are required to carry military registration documents during checks by representatives of the Territorial Recruitment Centers. This was reported by the head of the Zhytomyr Regional TCC and SP, Colonel Igor Napolskyi, in a comment to the publication 'Suspilne'.
According to the military leader, authorized representatives of the TCC and SP have the legal right to demand that male citizens aged 18 to 60 present their military registration document simultaneously with an identification document. This authority is established by paragraph 6 of Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization' and by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 560.
According to current legislation, document checks can be conducted in various locations: at the place of residence, work or study of military conscripts, in public places and buildings, places of mass gathering of people, as well as at checkpoints. Such checks can be conducted by authorized representatives of both the TCC and SP, as well as police officers.
Control over citizens abroad
The main goal of such measures is to notify military conscripts and verify the presence and accuracy of military registration data for men of the appropriate age in the context of ongoing mobilization measures in Ukraine. Ukrainian citizens who are abroad retain the right to obtain passport documents. However, persons who are wanted for committing crimes against national security or violating military registration requirements may be denied the issuance of documents.
